Membership and loans, Thompson Public Library

Simply provide once piece of identification with your current permanent address. Parents/Guardians must apply for memberships for their dependants under the age of 15 years.

Membership:

Resident Membership: Free to all residents of Thompson.
Non-Resident Membership: $35.00 annual fee.
Temporary Membership: $10.00 for 3 months of use.

Loans:

There are 2 classes of loans available from the Library:

7-Day items and 3-Week items

You are able to check out the following per card:

9 Books
5 Magazines
5 Music CDs
3 Audiobooks
3 Video (DVD/VHS)
2 Junior Kits
5 Tools

Overdue Fines:

7-Day Print, Audio and Video are charged at $1.00 per day
7-Day Tools are charged at $2.00 per day
3-Week items are charged at $.20 per day ($.10 for junior members)
